IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, if you purchase $60 or above otherwise standard postal charges will be applied.

All orders shipped from our China warehouse will be eligible for FREE shipping.

We ship all over New Zealand.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the stock is in New Zealand then all orders are shipped out the next working day from our Hamilton warehouse by a reliable shipping line (we normally use NZ post delivery services) and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as possible!

If the stock is in China warehouse then all orders are shipped out within 2 to 3 days and will be delivered to you within 7 to 12 working days by special shipping line.

Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 business days for your order to arrive once it is shipped (varies from product to product and location).

The delivery time might take a longer duration during peak periods or unprecedented situations.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

A full refund will be provided if the item is lost or damaged during shipping. If an order gets delayed or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize for the hassle and delay!
