Why should I buy from your store? What is different in your store than the other store?
We do not sell general items. We focus on smart and problem solving products that are not available in brick-and-mortar stores. We always do research while selecting the quality products and test before publish to our online store. In the end, you should enjoy the shopping at our store.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Many items we deliver within 2 - 4 business days with overnight delivery option (with tracking) once it is shipped. Sometimes it might take longer duration during peak periods. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product, based on demand and location.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
Once we have dispatched your order, tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address. Your tracking number will be ready with in 1- 2 days once we process your order.
Is shipping really FREE?
We do Free Shipping to all orders above $60 . Free shipping offer is not applied for bulk orders. Please contact us if you want to place bulk orders.
Where can I find records of my previous orders?
Simply log into your Smart snap-up account, click on "My Account" and all of your previous orders will be displayed.
Where do you ship items?
We offer fast shipping only in New Zealand.
Do you offer free pick-up?
Yes, we offer free pick-ups. Just select pick-up option at the checkout. Pick-up time confirmation will be sent to you by email.
What is Insured Shipping?
This will cover your full risk if item is lost or damaged during shipping. You will get your full refund or replacement.
When will you ship out my order?
Most of the items will be sent out on the next working day after we have confirmed your payment.You will be notified via an email with a unique tracking number and delivery details.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all products from our local warehouse in Hamilton.
How can I pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Shop pay and Paypal.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us on support@smartsnapup.co.nz, if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Where is your company located?
We are registered company based in Hamilton, New Zealand.
We ship all our products from our Hamilton warehouse.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We processes all orders in NZD by default.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?
You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we process your order immediately once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped unfortunately you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
