REFUND POLICY
We have a simple Refund Policy. We are here to facilitate our customers and keep them happy while they do shop at our store. We are here to make long-term relationships with our customers rather than just sell one time and run away.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your purchase does not match the product description or if the item is defective or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
For defective or faulty products, please email us at support@smartsnapup.co.nz. We will Replace or Full Refund your money as soon as possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
Please keep the product in its original condition and packing if you want to return it to us and then we will refund your full money.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
