Is Shipping Free?
Yes, if you purchase $60 or above otherwise standard postal charges will be applied. All orders ship from our China warehouse will be eligible for FREE shipping.
Delivery Details
We keep local stock for most of the products and will dispatch it next working day of receiving your order. Occasionally, a product is out of stock. In that case, we will let you know about next stock availability and send stock updates on our facebook page as well as post on our website. If the stock is in China warehouse then all orders are shipped out within 2 to 3 days and will be delivered to you within 7 to 12 working days by special shipping line.
Shipping in New Zealand
If your delivery address is in New Zealand, your order should arrive within 2-4 working days. Bulky items and rural addresses can take a bit longer. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you give us a correct physical address.
